1. We currently accept jpg, gif, tif, txt, eps, cdr, psp, pub, p60, p65, doc, xls, and zip files. Other file types will generate an "Invalid Operation" error. File names containing a hypen (-) will also generate an "Invalid Operation" error. If you need help or would like to upload another type of file format please contact us Here for assistance.
2. It takes as long to upload a file to us as it would if you were downloading the same size file from the Internet. Avoid peak Internet usage periods (i.e. after lunch till around 2 pm). If you are on a Dial-Up Internet connection figure about 16 sec for an 8 KB file. An Estimate for an 80KB file would be 2 - 3 minutes.
3. You may compress your file before uploading. For PC computer you can use WinZip and for Apple computers you can use Stuffit. You can purchase WinZip Here or Stuffit Here. Contact us if you need assistance.

To send us a File

1. Click the "Browse" Button and select the file you wish to upload to us.
2. DO NOT Click the "Send Button" Button Twice or you will send the file twice. Please wait until you either get a Confirmation Screen or an Error Screen.
