GUIDE:
1. WHAT FILE TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept PDF, EPS, AI, Canva files, and high-resolution JPEG or PNG files. If you’re not sure your file is print-ready, just ask! We’re happy to check it for you!
2. WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are now at 1706 Arendell Street, Morehead City, NC! You might remember us at 502 Arendell Street, but we’ve moved into a refreshed space just down the street so we can better serve your printing and signage needs.
3. CAN YOU HELP ME PREPARE MY FILE FOR PRINT?
Absolutely! We can certainly make minor adjustments to get your file print-ready. Feel free to send us an email, and we’ll guide you on how to send the proper file, and from there, we’ll handle the rest!
4. CAN I SUPPLY MY OWN PAPER?
We don’t accept paper provided by customers because we stick to a trusted list of paper types that are certified for our equipment. This helps protect our machines and ensures you always get a high-quality finished product.
5. WHAT'S YOUR TURNAROUND TIME LIKE?
Turnaround times vary by project, but most standard jobs are ready within 5 - 7 business days. Let us know your deadline and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
6. IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT?
While our minimum price requirement is $20, there are minimum order requirements for certain projects such as business cards. If you’re unsure about the minimum requirements for a project, send us an email with your inquiry and we’ll get back to you with the details!
7. DO YOU OFFER PROOFS BEFORE PRINTING?
Yes! We always ensure that our clients receive a proof before putting the project into production. This allows you to proofread and make sure everything looks just the way you want it.
8. DO YOU DELIVER OR SHIP ORDERS?
We offer local pickup at our shop, and delivery or shipping is available on request. Just let us know what works best for you!
9. DO YOU DESIGN INVITATIONS OR WEDDING STATIONERY?
We don’t offer invitation or wedding design services, but if you already have a design ready to go, we’re more than happy to print it for you! Canva is an excellent resource for those new to design.
10. WHAT IF MY FILE IS TOO BIG TO SEND VIA EMAIL?
No problem at all! If your file is too large to email, you’re welcome to send us a link via Google Drive or Dropbox. Just make sure the sharing permissions are set so we can access it, and we’ll take it from there!
11. DO YOU PRINT T-SHIRTS?
Unfortunately, we do not print on T-shirts, but we do offer select screen-printed items, such as tablecloths and specialty signage, through our reliable distributors. By ordering through us, you’ll get high-quality custom products at a better price, without the hassle of sourcing them yourself.
